Internet Problems

I have a Dell 2350 and DSL Internet. Recently, I have
been experiencing a lot of trouble with my Internet
browsing. I will click into a website and then try to go
further and my system locks up. I have checked for
viruses, disk errors, defragmented and compacted disk
space and nothing works. I get the program is not
responding. I also get endprogram error when shutting
down. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should
do next? It used to run perfectly until about 2 weeks
ago.

This is possibly caused by spyware/parasites. Work through the
solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
