Internet Problems

I don't even know if I'm in the right place having never
used this service before but here goes.

I am getting two error messages when on the internet which
cause problems. How can I get rid of them?

One says Loadqm has cuased a problem the other that Msbb
has caused a problem at INETMIB1.dll

Both cause me to lose connection.

Can anyone help? Reply to my email please.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
