internet problems

my internet connection is being blocked after roughly 15 mins, so i have to
restsrt or disconnect to get it back, upon reconnecting another 15 mins pass
and it does it again. i'm running zonealarm free firewall, avg anti virus and
adware filter. i know i can do something with winsock but im don't know how
to do it so if there is anyone who can help me or tell me what to do it would
be much appreiciated thankyou.

I'd call your Internet Service Provider since they would have the
information not supplied in this post to help you. It could be a bad
modem, malware, noisy telephone line, etc.

Boot in Safe Mode (F8) during start up. This will disable all of the "anti"
programs you have installed. Option: Safe Mode With Networking" See if you
can connect then. That will help you track down the problem.
