internet problem

can anyone help me every time i connect too the internet
after the home page has downloaded a message pops up
saying "internet explorer has encountered a problem and
will have too close would you like to send a report too
microsoft" please someone help me

You might want to make sure you have all the latest Window Updates
installed.
