Internet problem

Okay i have a laptop and i hooked it up to the internet in my dorm room
and eversence i did, as soon as i would get online a window would pop u
and say that your computer will restart in 60 sec. and it counts dow
and when it gets to zero sure enough it restarts and it happens ove
and over again. i have had this propblem before and i found out that
had a worm, and it was the blaser worm, so i tried to remove it like
did before, but now it doesnt detect any blaster worm on my computer
is there anything anyone knows on how to stop this?? any comment i
helpfull
