I need to open some internet ports for f22 lightning 3. I am using xp with 56k dial up (freeserve) any tips?

Who told you the ports were closed. Dialup users aren't
usually in a situation where they need to open ports. Are
you looking for the instructions on how to open ports in
the XP Firewall? If so, here's that information for you...
