internet page reloads

Hi,
When I am using the internet, Explorer randomly reloads
the page every few minutes and goes back to the previous
page. This is on a brand new Tecra running XP.

Any ideas? My ISP thinks it's Spyware which it is not.

And this happens on every page you visit, or one specific one?
