Internet page redirection

The problem is that when I am trying to open up certain
random websites (these vary) I am redirected to an Amazon
website advert (http://209.47.15.67/int/set?type=468-6).
I have cleaned my system up as much as possible using
Spybot etc. but still I get this redirection.

Any help would be much appreciated on how I can go about
fixing this.

receive boatloads of spam, some including viruses in attachments. Use the

Just be sure not to open any attachments which you are not expecting, even
from a friend .
