Internet Options

When I click on Tools..then Internet Options..I then get
a Restrictions box that says..This operation has been
canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator.
What can I do to get past this?

Your user rights do not let you change these settings.

You either need to log on as administrator or change your account to have
more rights.
