Suddenly I am unable to access my internet options through IE. I get the
error message
about restrictions being set on my computer and to contact my system
Administrator. Well, I am the system admin. The user I attempt to do this is
the administrator account. However, I am able to access it through the
control panel, but some items are disabled. Might this have something to do
with Remote Desktop being enabled. I recently enabled this and am thinking
this might be the cause. If anyone can help I'd sure appreciate it.
 
It sounds like local policy was changed and locking the "Internet Options"
UI from being exposed to you.
 
Okay, but how do I fix it? I determined that it is not
the fault of Remote Desktop being enabled.
