Internet Options

I can not access Internet Options from IE6 through use of the TOOLS..OPTIONS
pulldown menu. I gat a message saying that I must get an OK from the
Administrator. Apparently a setting got changed. I am able to access Internet
Options from the Control Panel, however, which makes no sense to me. I need some
help....TIA...Dick M.
