Internet Options - Home page

In the Internet Options page there is the Home Page that
can be changed. That's simple. What file stores all of
the drop-down menu info that appears when you start to
type in an address?

I've noticed that simply "clearing" the history doesn't
clean out that drop-down menu.

That info in stored in the registry.
You should not have a drop down menu there. There should only be one entry
in there at a time. If you have multiple entries and a drop down menu then
you most likely have spyware or homepage hi-jackers.
