internet not working on some user accounts

My computer has 4 user accounts set up. All are
administrator accounts. The computer is connected to a
router which is connected to a broadband connection.
Recently 3 of the accounts stopped being able to connect to
the internet. However one of the accounts continues to
connect to the internet just fine. I tried creating a new
user account and that one also will not connect to the
internet. Any thoughts on what might be the problem and
what I should do to fix it?

I don't know why it worked, then stopped working, but normally
