Internet not working after running Microsoft Anti Spyware Beta

I ran the Microsoft Anti Spyware on my laptop and when I rebooted it, the
internet doesnt seem to work. Looks like it deleted some system files. Did
any one of you face the same problem?

Did MSAS find and remove an infection?
