Internet Issues

Alright, I just got a new HP Laptop that came with Vista. I setup my
internet connection, it seemed to work fine. After installing the 30 updates
available for my Laptop I began have problems.

1. I cannot sign into MSN At all (Gives an error, but says nothing wrong
with connection)

2. Certain Websites will not load (Gets worse over times, Two sites that
loaded last night will not load now).

I have Vista installed on another machine it runs fine with all updates,
does anyone know what could be wrong? I am heavily considering Dual-Booting
XP with this, is there any reason I shouldn't?

It's not just an IE issue, it happens on Firefox aswell, before I did the
updates, the sites worked 100%. The sites are also not secured.
