Internet issue

The internet on my parents computer isn't working right. Sites like google
and youtube work, and you can search on both, but the links on google don't
work, and videos on youtube don't load. Some sites partially load, and most
sites don't work all together. My own computer works fine, so I don't think
it's an issue with the modem or router.

Open a Command Prompt window (Start, Run [Type] Cmd

Ipconfig /FlushDNS
Exit

Download, Update and run Malwarebytes:
