Internet freezing up all the time

Lately when I go on the internet the computer freezes up. I have to run the
task manager via ctrl alt del. and nothing is responding. I have norton
antivirus (no problem there) and I have run adware also with no problems.
Maybe someone can shed some light?

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database
product. The Microsoft website is not all that clear and may have
misdirected you.
