I have just lost 1,500 pounds from my internet account. Albeit I have 2
firewalls and many pieces of spyare this hacker using Telewest broadband has
managed to send trojan in and emulate keyboard when placing passwords in. The
point - I am leaving internet banking quickly and pulling out all
documentation dealing with household bills etc etc.
Question - feeling vulnerable do I repartition hard drive and start again.
What do I do in order to start afresh. Can anyone guide me pse.

You should report this to the police, and do not use you computer until then
(in case they need evidence off it).

Follow the advice Xeno gave.
In addition unplug from power and network.

If you are sure this is the cause, your only real option is a Clean
Installation.
Otherwise there would be no sure way of knowing all corrupted data if off
the computer.
Also, you have no way of verifying all changes made have been corrected.
