Internet Explorer

For some time I've been getting Run Time Errors for
internet explorer (Line 11 and 14 specifically). What may
be casuing this and how can I fix it? The system asks if
I want to debug, but I don't want to try that till I know
how. I have removed and reinstalled explorer but that
didn't help, and I'm here cause MS has made it impossible
for me to get tech support cause their site won't let me
use my product ID. Can anyone let me know how to fix this
problem?

don't understand what product id has to do with tech
support site, but you can uncheck debug in internet
options-advanced. ya might try defrag and run chkdisk
also.
