my internet connection keeps disabling itself-when I click
the connect button receive message ' failed to connect to
remote computer.' This is really getting me down. I have
not altered settings etc. Anyone- please?
 
Get help from your ISP and create a new Dial Up Networking.
The current one may be damaged.
