When I have a web page up and hit internet explorer again
to open a new page the first page gets replaced by the new
instance.New pages won't tile over on the taskbar.Can only
have one page at a time opened.Any suggestions?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
