There is something working in the background of my ie6
that sometimes redirects me to dotcom toolbar for
advertisements, search, etc. I have tried to uninstall
my explorer and it does not uninstall. I have tried to
uninstall the dotcom toolbar program and it will not go
away. Help me.

It is a new hijacker parasite so get "Hijack This." Info and download,

Behavior
Spyware.Dotcomtoolbar is a program that hooks URLs, sends them to a
predetermined Web site, and then redirects the URL to the correct location.
The Web site can log a user's IP address and visited URLs.

Symptoms
The files are detected as Spyware.Dotcomtoolbar.

Transmission
Must be installed on the system by executing a file or visiting a Web site.

File names: Redirect2.exe
