double click on big blue E on desk top, internet explorer won't open,
what I get is a message window from MSN asking if I want join the
internet, just put in a new hard drive, and I'm using netscape7,1 as my
default, but before use to use both, only one would be my default, pls help!
 
Have you tried right clicking on the Explorer Icon and
selecting open? If that doesn't work then ask at the
place where you got your new hard drive.
