How do you add a pop up blocker on the menu bar of
Internet explorer browser? I already downloaded a pop up
blocker but the problem is i dont know how to add it on
the menu bar.
Please tell me how.

That would be a function controlled by the application not by the browser.
Check the popup blockers options or settings to see if it has such a
feature.
