Let me rephrase that last question. I want Internet Explorer to open
"maximized" not restored, how do I change the settings in IE to open all my
IE browsers to "maximum size" ?

Start | All Programs | right click Internet Explorer and select Properties |
Shortcut tab | under drop down menu labelled Run choose "maximized" | ok
