I keep getting the message Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close. I get the message on my desktop, when I go on the internet,
or even when I'm not on the internet. I also can't download microsoft
updates. I get error message 0x8DDD0001. When I tried to allow the sites
http://*update.microsoft.com, https://*update.microsoft.com, and
http://download.windowsupdate.com on my trusted sites I still couldn't update
microsoft.
