Ok i am having problems with internet explorer
i dont know what happened but i can no longer acsess my
internet options by going to tools it says the admin has
restricted but there is no admin its my comp

another thing is i cannot sellect any thing in the tools
webpage area to change it to yahoo as start page but its
on 999999999998888889999.net
some kind of advertising page
please help!

The issue you are experiencing may also be caused by a
third party application or spyware that is installed in
