I have windows XP, but whenever I access the internet
using internet explorer, I cannot close the windows.
Pls. help.
 
try to reinstal IE

go to c:\windows\inf

right clickon either IE or IE.inf there and choose install put the cd in and browse for cdromdrive:\i386\iexplore.exe

ckick ok and restart the system and also try to do a spyware scan after the issue is resolved
