Internet Explorer

Recently I switched from Verizon Online to Optimum Online. I still get a
message that Microsoft Internet Explorer is provided by Verizon Online. Why
am I getting this message and how can I fix it so that Internet Explorer runs
with Optimum? Please help.

you need to uninstall explorer and then re install it from microsoft website
