Can't use ie everytime I try ie I got this Ie encouneters a rpoblem and will
be shut down sorry fro the inconvenience. error data app name :iexplorer

Please help me.

Re-install it and check for spyware, adware, and viruses.

That is a legitimate Windows file.

Try running the following command:

regsv32 msrating.dll

If that doesn't work...shut down all programmes. Go to start/run then type
cmd.

In the window that appears type:

sfc /scannow

Reboot when finished and test.
