everytime i close out of my email, it say's error and has me send the little
error report , can anyone help me understand why this is happening

You probably have either corrupt files in the mail app, or a corrupt message store,. What you do about it depends on what you use.

It could be a lot of things. I would suggest that you post
the exact message here. In addition, make sure that your
machine is 'clean' by running a virus scanner and AdAware
and SpyBot Search and Destroy.
