Internet Explorer

While on Internet Explorer, I can no longer see my strart
button or clock on the bottom of page. What happened? how
do I get them to show up while running Internet explorer?
thay are there when I minimize the internet.

Click [Start]
Settings
Taskbar & Start Menu...
Check the box next to "Always on top"
Uncheck "Auto hide"
Click [OK]
