Hi,
You may wish to try the following:
Disable all third party browser objects until you can get a handle on the
situation.
To do this, click on 'Tools', 'Internet Options'. Click on the Advanced
Tab, and then, under the heading of 'Browsing', uncheck the box titled, 'Enable
third-party browser extension's. Click on OK. You may have to restart your
browser and/or computer.
Once disabled, you can remove them through a program called 'BHOCop'.
Download this program from:
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,270,00.asp
Then, install and run an Ad-ware removal program, such as AdAware, to
attempt to delete all files associated with this program. AdAware can be
downloaded from:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
You may also wish to read the following article as it describes what you are
dealing with, and how to better attack the situation.

| I have a friend whose browser has been bombarded with
| porno web site pop-up ads. He cannot clean them from his
| computer. He's tried deleting all cookies, downloaded
| program files, etc., to no avail. Would a complete restore
| solve the problem, or is there something else that can be
done as not to lose programs installed?
