Internet Explorer windows won't expand

When I am using IE7 and a pop up window come up for games, etc. It won't
give me an option to expand the window. The box is shaded out. Is there a
way to have these open in a regular window or a way to expand the box? Thank
you!

I went to Internet Options under the General Tab. Then I clicked on settings
on the tab option. I changed the "When a popup is encountered" from always
open pop-ups in a new window to Always open pop-ups in a new tab. Fairly
easy once I figured it out!!
