Expanded Drive in Windows Explorer

When I open Windows Explorer it opens with "My Documents folder" expanded.
What do I do to make it open with D:\ expanded? Seems there was something I
added at the end of explorer.exe in the Properties of the shortcut.

Hi

Go to Programs>Accessories, right click on the Windows Explorer icon, select
Properties and type or copy/paste the following into the 'Target:' box to
open WE with the C drive expanded:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,c: - change 'c:' to the appropriate drive.

A new Desktop shortcut for WE can be created with the same command(s).
