I have windows XP.
How do | get Internet Explorer to open in a maximised
window?
It used to, but now opens in a smaller window and I have
to maximise it each time.
Is there a setting some where to tell it this. I haven't
altered anything to my knowledge that causes this.

thanks
Ja

Easiest way is to right-click the IE icon on your desktop, create shortcut,
right-click the shortcut, properties, Run: maximized.

Greetings,

1) Right click on the IE shortcut in the Quicklaunch and choose "Properties"
2) Change the "Run" mode to "Maximized"

Thanks and best of luck!

Another option is to open a window, then grab the edges or corner with
the mouse so the double arrow shows. Drage open to the maximum size you
can. Then use File | Close to close the window. It should keep it's
setting.
