Internet Explorer will not open files in a new window.

If you are on the net and there is a PDF file that you
want to open and you go right click - Open in new window -
in the bottom left it comes up done but nothing appears in
the window. The file will open if just give a single left
click on the PDF file.
Any ideas anybody???
