Internet Explorer was not able to open Internet site

I am running Windows 2000 and have can not download or open downloads on me
e-mail without getting this message. I have nortan internet, norton systems
works and use a wireless connection.

This is not really a Windows 2000 issue. It is more an issue with your mail client and the level of security you are using
based on both your AV software and the version of IE you may be using.
