internet explorer tries to open when i start up my computer...

whenever i start up my computer, internet explorer tries to open up a site
called 'chatraffic.com' but it cannot open the site. i've tried numerous
things to get the internet explorer to not come up anymore, but nothing has
worked. i've tried getting spyware, but about 5 different ones didnt do the
trick. does anyone know how i can get this to stop occurring???

Hi,

Download and run Doug's "Startup program tracker" utility.
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/index.html
Look for the area that is launching 'chatraffic.com'.

You might also go to internet options, and I believe "sites". See if it is
there and remove it. Also double check to see if your "home" page is where it
should be. These are normal things, but sometimes the hampster falls off the
wheel
