Question

I have IE 7 downloaded and a shortcut on my desktop, however when I click it
on it shows no tools, I have looked everywhere and short of deleateing it and
re-downloadig it, I don't know where to go.

Ed,

I assume you are looking for either the Tools menu or the toolbars.
Place your mouse in a blank area to the right of the tab, click your
right mouse button and choose "Menu bar" to turn on the menu (File,
Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help). Then from the View menu, you can
choose the only other toolbar, Links.
