Internet Explorer temp files

When I visit a web page with several hiking & waterfall
pics, I want to be able to save them for later. They are
not in my usual temporary intenet files directory...
why?
Note: the picture pages appears to be a standard html
page with previous/next buttons. When I revisit the page
it loads very quickly so it's obviously save on my drive
somewhere...
 
Check the source code it may indicate that the pictures are in an other
location on the server. Not downloaded.

Have you tried to Save AS web page complete?
