Internet Explorer tabs and top blue bar problems!

All Internet Explorer browser tabs show only the first letter of the web site.
W.......for Windows in the forum. h.......is only showing in this screen I
am typing.
The top blue bar shows only the first letter as well!! Where is the setting
to control the bottom taskbar and top blue IE titles? Please Help! Regards

Reset it in the same Tweak program where you changed it

Uninstall and reinstall Google Toolbar / Google Desktop Search bar.
