Internet explorer starts automatically

Every time I enter windows, internet explorer starts automatically and goes
to the web page: http://www.bloodfield.com/msex.html.
I think it's some worm or something like that but I run ad-ware and he
doesn't find nothing.
And some times I lost the access to the web pages.
Someone knows what's the problem?
