Internet Explorer Slow with User Accounts

I recently added user Accounts to my Windows XP
Professional to allow the family members to have their own
logins. There are 5 logins set up and I do not have Fast-
Switching enabled so when a user logs off their programs
shut down. However, since I set up the user accounts,
Internet Explorer or just the internet connection in
general have been terribly slow. I use a wireless
connection which is acting fine on this computer as well
as others in the house with no affect to browsing on the
other computers. Do I have too many user accounts set up
which screws up internet preformance on XP or is there
some other known issue with internet performance and user
accounts. Note: I have tried to use the internet logging
with different users and different levels of accounts and
all are slow.

The number of accounts you have should not affect the performance of your
connection. The only thing I can think of is whether your ISP's dialer
depends on running under an Administrator account.

In any case, is there anything else that could have caused this? You may
want to try using System Restore to see if you can go back to a good state.
