Internet Explorer Setting

I did something on my laptop to prevent anyone from changing the homepage
that is displayed when internet explorer is started; the problem is I would
like to change the homepage, but I forgot how I did it in the first place.
If you have any ideas, please help

Why not Google search for "prevent Internet Explorer Homepage from changing"
and then do the opposite of what you find?
