Internet Explorer Search Button

I used to be able to click on the search button and then get the other search
engines options, like Yahoo. Now when I click it I get the search for files
option , the one with the dog.
Can I get back the orignal configuration?

1. Click "Change Preference"
2. Click "Change Internet Search behaviour"
3. Click "With Classic Search"
