Internet Explorer question

When I changed internet providers, the old provider still shows up when on Explorer. How do I change this? It causes problems when trying to send e-mail on Outlook Express. It states that it can not display due to unauthorized use by the old provider. I have Windows XP Professional. Thank you.

Hmm, doesn't seem that these two are related if you are speaking
......provided by on the top IE bar. This is only cosmetic, however, if this
is the case:

Change Provided By in IE (Line 61)

As for OE, go to Tools/Accounts/Mail, highlight the old provider for e-mail
and hit remove. And make sure that your new settings are properly added
here as well.

If this is not what you are meaning at all:
When I changed internet providers, the old provider still shows up when on
Explorer.

Exactly what you are speaking of, where in Explorer? Internet Explorer or
Windows Explorer? As for the latter when trying to Send e-mail inside of
Outlook Express or from inside of Internet Explorer?
