Okay, at one time we used to be able to when registering on a Web site it
would asked your name, address, city, and state all we used to do is hit that
down arrow and the name ect ect was always there now something changed and we
have to manual keep putting these thing back in each and every time.

IE Tools > Internet Options > Content > Autocomplete > Forms (checked?)
