Internet Explorer problems

I have a Compaq Impresario's PC (don't laugh, it's temporary), that now
thanks to the HP guru's is having major IE problems. I followed their
wonderful direction at the HP website as directed and now do not have any
directories for IE on my computer. After 4hours on the phone w/HP tech
support yesterday, I still do not have IE installed. I did manage to get
Mozilla just to be able to get here. How do I get the directories back on
here? As we all know, Compaq/HP did not think it necessary to pass along any
cd's with new PC's. I did make recovery cd's when first installed, but of
course, their at absolutely no good to me without IE; or at least I am
assuming because the files will not open.

Sorry, this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product

I'd suggest reposting your question to a newsgroup related to IE.

sorry believe you are WRONG.
accessibility is NOT access.

Sorry, didn't notice it had been cross-posted.

Of course, the question is off-topic for both newsgroups...
