internet explorer problem

when i open internet explorer im getting the default page
as http://get-find.com/index.php even i changed it to
use:blank and in use defualt im getting
http://zdnetindia.com event im click reset web setting
button and changing the default page to msn.com in
Internet OPtions. and some times im getting this in url box
http://puocml.t.muxa.cc/%
68%2E%70%68%70?%61%69%64=33 please help me in this regar

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
